We did a full bathroom reno with Concept Tiles. Martin was fantastic, and made valuable and useful suggestions regarding colours, tiles, fittings and combinations. Delivery and communication was prompt - a real pleasure to work with - I highly recommend Concept Tiles, and would choose to work with them again.

I had an amazing experience with Concept Tiles. Martin absolutely understood the assignment! I found the process of choosing tiles for our new bathroom and kitchen quite daunting and wasn't sure where to start. Martin guided me through with patience, creativity, and genuine enthusiasm. He listened to my ideas, helped me identify my style, worked within the budget, and offered thoughtful suggestions that elevated the final design. Martin consistently went above and beyond to support me, and I always felt like I was in such good hands. I know I'll be thrilled with the results. The whole process was easy and, dare I say it, even fun. I couldn’t recommend Concept Tiles and Martin more highly - 100000 stars!

We had a very good experience with Concept Tiles. Their communication was excellent. Our products arrived exactly as discussed. They really go out of their way to assist in anyway. Even referred us to Otti nearby to view vanities, which was very helpful. They also worked well with our builder, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, highly recommend—great service and attention to detail

The choice of bathroom products for our bathroom renovation was made easier by the fact that we could avail ourselves of one-stop shopping at Concept Tiles, Rocklea. This was more seamless than having to source our products at multiple outlets as Concept Tiles had a very good stock of bathroom products and excellent staff. . The chosen items, Carrara Gloss porcelain wall tiles and black mosaic border floor tiles, ensured the aesthetics of the bathroom was in line with the classical style we wished to achieve. These items were further enhanced by stunning brushed brass fixtures. Although in some cases there was a slight discrepancy between the original items chosen by us at our first extended visit to Concept Tiles and what we eventually compromised with, this situation became insignificant as Kim (Lang's) candid and clever guidance allowed us to finally achieve the transformative effect we desired. Kim gave unstinting professional advice and she possess a vast knowledge of all products necessary for a comprehensive design of a functional and stylish bathroom. We are very satisfied with all the bathroom fittings that went into our bathroom renovation. The final fine craftsmanship of Kent Hunter ( Hunter Bathrooms Brisbane) ensured our stunning choices were skilfully installed. Great team work for a successful outcome. Jill Hottes

I’m heading into my 80’s and doing up a bathroom was a big deal for me. I didn’t know where to start. A friend found Hunter Bathrooms had brilliant reviews and they recommended Concept Tiles. I looked around at many tiling shops and thought I’d better have a look at Concept Tiles. I was amazed at their showroom. It was the best I had seen. I was overwhelmed at the quality and choice of the tiles and bathroom fixtures and fittings. I didn’t want to go anywhere else. I was given so much time and as much assistance as I needed. With just the right amount of help from Martin and Kim the whole project became manageable for me and all the stress was gone. And now I have the most beautiful bathroom which is perfectly in keeping with my needs and suits the 1930 era of house I have. My experiences with both Concept Tiles and Hunter Bathrooms gave me complete confidence and trust. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job.
